Taleya is operated by Abdulsamed Eraslan under the Zamopia brand. You can contact us at hello@taleya.app.

This app is directed to children and families and is designed for kids ages 3-8. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and applicable children's privacy laws in other jurisdictions.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any of the following from children:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Profile photos
• Location data
• Social network information
• Precise identifiers that could be used to contact a child
• Child names, narration recordings, or personalization details sent to our servers

We do not display third-party advertisements. We do not use children's data for behavioral advertising or tracking.

3. Information We Do Collect

To operate and improve Taleya, we process a limited amount of app data:

• Product interaction data: Anonymous events such as which stories or songs are opened and general navigation patterns. This data is used for analytics and is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Crash and performance data: Technical information about crashes, errors, launch performance, and app stability to help us fix bugs and improve the app.
• Purchase history: Subscription and entitlement status handled through Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive payment card details.

Any child name, reading personalization, or parent-recorded narration used inside the app is intended to remain on the device and is not used for advertising or tracking.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• PostHog - Product analytics configured without advertising or tracking.
• RevenueCat - Subscription management and entitlement status.
• Supabase - Content delivery for stories and songs. We do not store child personal information in Supabase.
• Apple App Store - Handles payments, subscriptions, purchase authorization, and family controls.

5. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you may contact us to:

• Ask what information we process
• Request deletion of information associated with your request where applicable
• Object to analytics processing where applicable

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process. Content and app services are accessed over encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS.

7. Data Retention

Analytics, crash, performance, and subscription-related records are retained only as long as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the app. Parent-recorded narrations and child personalization details are intended to remain on the device unless otherwise stated in the app.

8. International Users

Taleya is available globally. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing limited analytics, crash, and performance data is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the app.

If you are located in California, we do not sell or share children's personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will show the latest update date at the top of this page. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy periodically.
