Taleya is a children's entertainment and education app offering illustrated stories and songs for children ages 3–8. The App is intended to be used by children under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
Taleya is designed for children under 13. By allowing your child to use the App, you (the parent or guardian) represent that you have reviewed and consented to these Terms.
Account registration is not required to use the App. All purchases and subscription management are handled through Apple's App Store, which includes parental controls and Ask to Buy features for Family Sharing.
Taleya offers the following subscription plans:

A limited selection of free content is available without a subscription. All prices are in USD and may vary by region based on App Store local pricing.
Free content: A selection of stories and songs is available at no cost to allow families to try the app before subscribing.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium content until that date.
To cancel: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Taleya → Cancel Subscription
All content in the App — including stories, illustrations, songs, characters, and artwork — is owned by Zamopia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any App content without our prior written permission.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and enjoy the content within the App for personal, non-commercial use.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zamopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
